Sheba is a Chicago native currently residing in Michigan. Sheba holds a Doctor of Strategic Leadership (DSL) with a concentration in Leadership Coaching from Regent University in Virginia Beach, VA. She is fueled by her passion for understanding all facets of leadership. Sheba’s leadership background in the medical, human resource, and legal fields inform her mindful but competitive and transformational approach.  In each professional arena, she found a common thread – undervalued, unappreciated, underperforming, and unhappy individuals.

The common denominator required validation. These hardworking individuals needed to know they mattered. Sheba grew tired of witnessing diligent individuals striving to thrive. She is no stranger to strategy. As a litigation paralegal, project manager, and former manager in the medical, human resources, and legal fields – she understands the need to merge the professions into something greater. Hence, the idea arose to bridge the gap between staff and C-Suites. In that, she sought to better understand the human brain through neuroscience. Sheba’s strong work ethic and full-of-life persona inspire individuals to stretch themselves past their comfort zones.

“Do the difficult things while they are easy and do the great things while they are small. A journey of a thousand miles must begin with a single step.
